When the yarn package diameter changes, it dynamically adjusts every second to ensure uniform stress on carbon fibers during winding, and the cylinder's burst pressure reaches more than 1.5 times the design pressure; the yarn guide nozzle is made of titanium alloy with a surface finish of ≤0.8μm, avoiding carbon fiber wear and breakage, and reducing the yarn breakage rate to 0.1 times per 1,000 cylinders.

It has wide process adaptability: equipped with independently developed winding software that supports programming for up to 10,000 layers, it can accurately complete the winding of various structures such as "constant-diameter cylinder body + spherical head" and "variable-diameter cylinder body + conical head"; the winding angle can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0° to 90°, meeting different mechanical needs such as "hoop reinforcement" and "axial tensile resistance" (e.g., high-pressure hydrogen cylinders require focus on hoop strength enhancement, with a winding angle set to 85°-90°).
