The machine bed rails undergo precision machining and double heat treatment, with a load-bearing capacity of over 5 tons and no deformation during long-term high-speed operation-laying a solid foundation for stable equipment production.

The intelligent control system is the highlight of this production line: equipped with a globally advanced industrial computer and high-precision servo motion control card, it supports a Chinese-English graphical HMI. The operation logic is simple and intuitive, requiring no professional programming knowledge. After inputting parameters such as pipe diameter, length, and winding angle, the system automatically generates an optimal production plan. It can implement multiple winding patterns (spiral, hoop, cross) with winding angles flexibly adjustable between 55-90°, meeting production needs for pipes with different strength requirements. During operation, the line can stop, accelerate, or decelerate at any position while maintaining stable winding patterns. Precise winding length control is achieved without limit switches, reducing raw material waste.

An 88-spindle large-capacity creel works in tandem with a high-efficiency dipping system. The ceramic yarn guides have a surface smoothness of Ra0.8μm, effectively preventing yarn wear. The glue extrusion mechanism precisely controls glue amount, reducing raw material waste to below 2%. The control cabinet features an IP54 sealed design, providing dust, oil, and static protection-ensuring stable operation of the electrical system even in fiber-dust-rich production environments. The production line's exterior undergoes spray coating per machine tool standards, offering scratch and corrosion resistance. Core components have a service life more than double that of conventional industry products.
