The wall thickness uniformity of finished poles is ≤±0.2mm, and the pass rate is stably above 99%. The 12L water-bath electric heating impregnation system ensures precise temperature control; the bottom dipping method combined with a tension application mechanism guarantees full impregnation of fibers; and the 80-bobbin follow-up creel ensures continuous material supply, significantly reducing production interruptions.

To meet the operation and maintenance needs of large-scale production, the production line design highlights "stability + easy maintenance": The control cabinet displays real-time dynamic parameters and program names, supports dual-operation (main station + auxiliary station), and is equipped with automatic fault detection and alarm functions. It can record production data for nearly 3 months to facilitate traceability. The equipment adopts machine-tool standard manufacturing for its appearance, featuring stable structure, small deformation, fast operation speed and low noise, which is suitable for continuous production in workshops.
