The machine is equipped with a high-level CNC software independently developed by Tuotian Aviation, which has a built-in robust database covering cylinder, sphere, cone and other structures. It supports programming for up to 10,000 winding layers (with expandable capacity) and allows free length reduction for each layer, adapting to customized needs of power poles with different lengths (6-20m) and diameters (150-400mm). The drive system fully adopts Yaskawa (Japan) high-precision error-free servo motors with scale dials, realizing coordinated control of the main shaft, trolley and wire guide. The yarn drawing speed supports stepless speed regulation, and the winding angle can be freely adjusted between 7° and 90°. With high lapping precision and smooth, uniform surface, the finished pole has a straightness deviation of ≤0.5mm/m, fully meeting the strict standards of the power industry. In terms of operation, the Chinese-English graphical human-machine interface is simple and easy to understand, supporting seamless switching between automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes. The winding pattern remains stable even when accelerating or decelerating at any position, and new operators can quickly get started through standardized training, significantly lowering the labor threshold.

To meet the stability requirements of long-length production, the machine is equipped with a 12L water-bath electric heating impregnation system. The bottom dipping method combined with a glue scraping mechanism precisely controls resin content and impregnation effect, ensuring the weather resistance and structural strength of power poles. Tests show that the mechanical property change rate of finished poles is ≤5% under temperature cycles of -40℃~60℃, and the wind load resistance reaches 30m/s. The 80-bobbin internal yarn-drawing creel is equipped with a mechanical tension control system, and its follow-up design reduces yarn friction loss. It responds quickly to yarn breakage, avoiding production interruptions.
