The entire process is driven by Yaskawa (Japan) high-precision servo motors, with stepless speed regulation for yarn drawing speed and 7°-90° arbitrary angle winding to ensure the mechanical performance and appearance quality of lamp poles. The pass rate of finished products is stably above 99.8%. The 12L water-bath electric heating impregnation system realizes constant temperature control (RT-80℃); the bottom dipping method combined with a tension application mechanism guarantees full impregnation of fibers; and the 80-bobbin large-capacity creel meets the material supply needs of batch production, reducing yarn change frequency.

The intelligent management and control system guards production throughout the process: The control cabinet displays real-time production dynamic parameters and countdown layer numbers, supporting data export and quality traceability. The automatic fault detection function can timely warn of motor overload, tension abnormality and other problems, reducing the risk of shutdown. AGV trolleys realize automatic transfer of molds and finished products, improving logistics efficiency by 40% and further shortening the production cycle.
