Intelligent control significantly lowers the operation threshold: the equipment's computer system integrates winding motion control and linear design software, supporting the winding of cylinders in various shapes such as cylindrical, spherical, and ellipsoidal. Detailed designs enhance production stability: the yarn creel adopts a closed structure (capacity of 18 yarn packages, 6 per station) and is equipped with an independent tension control system. In case of yarn breakage, it immediately alarms and stops automatically, while synchronously displaying the fault location; the tailstock is equipped with a locking device that can be locked at any position, ensuring stability during winding of molds of different lengths.
