The winding process employs six-axis CNC winding technology. Winding angles are flexibly adjustable between 7° and 90°, ensuring high fiber winding accuracy and uniform structural integrity with reliable strength throughout the tank.

The automated yarn feeding system accommodates up to 100 fiber rolls simultaneously. Its intelligent yarn delivery mechanism operates stably and efficiently, complemented by a sensitive yarn break detection system to ensure continuous, uninterrupted production. The curing system employs far-infrared heating technology with segmented heating within the 45°C-130°C range. Precise temperature error control ensures complete resin curing, enhancing the tank's physical properties and structural stability. The demolding process is performed by an automated demolding mechanism. Utilizing a hydraulic system, it smoothly extracts the formed 4D storage tank. It can handle large 4D storage tanks with diameters ranging from 1 to 25 meters and optional lengths, ensuring the tank remains undamaged during demolding.
