The winding process employs six-axis CNC winding technology. An advanced computer control system precisely plans fiber winding paths and tension, with flexible adjustment of winding angles between 7° and 90°. The automatic yarn feeding device can simultaneously accommodate 100 rolls of fiber. The intelligent yarn delivery system operates efficiently and stably, complemented by a sensitive yarn break detection mechanism to ensure continuous and smooth production. The curing system employs far-infrared heating technology, delivering uniform and controllable heating with precise temperature regulation between 40°C and 130°C. This ensures complete resin curing, enhancing the chemical tank's physical properties and corrosion resistance. The demolding process is performed by an automated demolding mechanism. Utilizing a hydraulic system, it smoothly extracts the formed chemical tank, capable of handling large-scale tanks without damage.
