The automatic yarn feeding system accommodates up to 100 fiber rolls simultaneously. Its intelligent yarn delivery mechanism automatically supplies yarn at a stable speed according to production demands, guaranteeing uninterrupted yarn supply. The yarn break detection and handling system is highly sensitive, responding rapidly and precisely marking break locations for swift operator repair, ensuring production continuity.

The curing system employs far-infrared heating technology for uniform and efficient heating, ensuring complete resin curing and enhancing the water tank's water resistance and structural stability. Lianyungang Tuotian's winding machine supports high-performance glass fiber combined with specialized water-resistant and corrosion-resistant resins. The produced soft water tanks are available in diameters ranging from 1 to 25 meters with customizable lengths.
