The winding angle supports stepless adjustment from 7° to 90°: circumferential winding (80°-90°) enhances the pipe's external pressure resistance (≥1.2MPa), while helical winding (30°-45°) improves axial tensile strength (≥80MPa). The machine is equipped with a self-developed integrated numerical control system by Tuotian Aviation, which supports programming for up to 10,000 winding layers (with expandable capacity) and features a layer length reduction function to adapt to the production of variable-diameter power pipes. The automatic zero-finding technology ensures that the O-point never drifts during trolley operation, achieving a batch production consistency of 99.5%.
