It supports customization of capacitor bushing diameters (e.g., 20-150mm or special specifications beyond this range) and lengths (e.g., 300-2000mm or customized dimensions), accurately matching insulation needs of different types of power capacitors.

The machine's core competitiveness lies in "precision control + complex structure adaptation": it uses high-precision error-free servo motors with scale dials from Yaskawa (Japan) to drive four major motion mechanisms (main shaft, trolley, extending arm, and wire guide), combined with high-precision low-backlash planetary reducers. This enables the wire guide to achieve high-speed and high-precision rotation (maximum speed 150rpm) and ±0.01mm telescopic positioning, accurately winding "cylinder + cone" combined-structure capacitor bushings and solving the problem that traditional equipment struggles to adapt to complex shapes. The full closed-loop constant tension control system dynamically detects tension changes every second-even when the bobbin diameter is reduced from maximum to minimum, the tension remains stable within ±3N of the set value. Second, automatic zero-finding technology that ensures the O-point never drifts regardless of trolley movement, with a length deviation of ≤±0.5mm for batch-produced bushings. Third, profile design software that supports helical, circumferential, and combined profile winding. The winding angle can be steplessly adjusted from 7° to 90°, allowing optimization of the profile based on the mechanical needs of capacitor bushings (e.g., "axial tensile strength," "radial electrical resistance") to extend service life.

In terms of production details, the machine innovatively adopts a "synchronous water-bath impregnation + glue extrusion mechanism": the glue tank telescopes synchronously with the wire guide head, and bottom dipping ensures full impregnation of glass fibers. The glue extrusion mechanism precisely controls the glue-carrying amount (glue content deviation ≤±2%), avoiding bushing bulging from excessive resin or insufficient insulation from insufficient resin. The wire guide is made of titanium alloy with a surface finish of ≤0.8μm, reducing fiber wear and lowering the yarn breakage rate to 0.1 times per 1,000 bushings.
