The GRP/FRP Cable Pipe Winding Equipment launched by Tuotian Aviation is not a single winding machine, but a modular integrated production system consisting of "winding main machine + impregnation system + creel + electronic control system." Specially designed for batch manufacturing of cable pipes, it supports flexible module configuration according to user production capacity needs (500-2000m daily output) and product customization requirements (e.g., pipe diameter, length, "constant-diameter/variable-diameter" structure), greatly shortening the project implementation cycle and reducing initial investment risks.
The equipment's modular advantages are reflected in three dimensions: first, the main machine module-users can choose between single-station or dual-station winding main machines. The single-station main machine is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with conventional or small-batch customization needs, covering an area of only 20㎡. The dual-station main machine adopts an alternating operation design (material loading/unloading synchronized with winding), increasing production capacity to 1.8 times that of the single-station version, making it suitable for large-scale pipe enterprises with mass customization needs. Second, the impregnation module-two options are available: a 10L standard glue tank and a 20L large-capacity glue tank. The large-capacity glue tank reduces glue replenishment times, adapting to the continuous production of customized pipes for long periods. Third, the creel module-it supports expansion to 30-bobbin or 60-bobbin internal yarn-drawing creels. It can match the corresponding yarn supply volume according to the diameter and wall thickness requirements of customized pipes (e.g., 60 bobbins for large-diameter customized pipes).



In terms of core performance, the entire system inherits Tuotian Aviation's high-precision standards: the winding main machine uses high-precision servo motors from Yaskawa (Japan), achieving 4-dimensional coordinated motion precision of ±0.05mm, with the wall thickness uniformity of customized cable pipes ≤±0.1mm. The full closed-loop constant tension control system ensures stable tension of each fiber layer, with an interlayer bonding strength of ≥20MPa and a pipe ring stiffness of SN8 grade or above (able to withstand ≥8kN/m² external pressure). The integrated NC software supports programming for up to 10,000 winding layers, enabling precise production of user-customized "constant-diameter + variable-diameter" combined pipes to adapt to the special needs of cable branch scenarios.
A major highlight of this integrated system is its service support: as a high-quality domestic composite material winding equipment manufacturer, Tuotian Aviation provides full-lifecycle services including "pre-project customization plan planning + mid-project equipment installation and commissioning + post-project remote fault diagnosis." In the pre-project phase, it formulates personalized configuration plans and issues 3D layout drawings based on the user's workshop area, production capacity needs, and customized product specifications. In the mid-project phase, it completes equipment installation and commissioning within 7 days and provides free training for 2-3 operators until they can independently produce customized products. In the post-project phase, it realizes remote fault diagnosis through the Internet of Things platform (fault response time ≤48 hours), provides a spare parts reserve service for vulnerable components, and conducts annual on-site inspections to ensure long-term stable production of customized pipes. After a pipe group introduced this system, it only took 45 days from equipment order to official production of customized pipes, and the production capacity was increased to 110% of the design value within 3 months. The pass rate of customized cable pipes was stably above 99.2%, and the investment return cycle was shortened to 1.5 years.
