It can flexibly adjust the mold adaptation range according to the length of customized protection pipes required by users, and the adjustment process can be completed by 2 people within 30 minutes, ensuring stability during winding of customized long pipes or special-sized pipes. Second, the trolley running rail, made of high-quality steel through integral welding and precision machining. The impregnation system is crucial for ensuring the corrosion resistance of protection pipes: the machine adopts a 10L stainless steel bottom-dipping glue tank, with temperature controlled by a water-bath electric heating system (RT-80℃), ensuring stable resin viscosity at 0.6-1.0Pa·s and a glass fiber impregnation rate of over 98%. A dual mechanism of glue extrusion and scraping is installed in the glue tank to precisely control the resin content at 40-45%, avoiding pipe weight increase from excessive resin and fiber exposure from insufficient resin. Tests show that the customized cable protection pipes produced by this machine have a weight loss rate of ≤1% after 30 days of immersion in 5% sulfuric acid solution, far exceeding the industry average.
