The automatic yarn feeding system accommodates up to 100 rolls of high-performance fibers simultaneously. Its intelligent yarn delivery mechanism ensures stable, uninterrupted supply at high speeds. The yarn break detection and handling system is highly sensitive, rapidly responding and precisely marking break locations for swift operator repair.

The curing system employs far-infrared heating technology for uniform, efficient heating, ensuring complete resin curing. This enhances the oil tank's oil resistance and structural stability. This winding machine supports the combination of high-performance glass fiber with specialized oil-resistant and anti-aging resin. The produced oil tanks can be customized with diameters ranging from 1 to 25 meters and lengths tailored to specific requirements.
