The equipment optimizes core configurations for GRP/FRP properties: the dipping tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the bottom dipping design ensures full impregnation of GRP/FRP yarns; it is equipped with a water-bath constant temperature heating system, with precise temperature control of 45℃-48℃ (accuracy ±3℃) to avoid resin solidification affecting forming; the yarn guide plate is equipped with high-gloss ceramic eyes, and the glue squeezing roller allows manual adjustment of glue amount, ensuring no breakage or fuzzing of GRP/FRP yarns. In the winding and forming link, the four-dimensional motion system is driven by Japanese Yaskawa servo motors, with a maximum trolley travel of 2500mm and an operating speed of 0-60m/min, suitable for GRP/FRP housings below DN200 and within 2500mm in length; the tailstock is equipped with a locking device that can be fixed at any position on the track to ensure stability during the forming of long GRP/FRP housings. The modular software supports spiral, circumferential, and combined pattern winding, and the finished housings have strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance and impact resistance, meeting the strict requirements of the chemical and water treatment fields.
