The equipment has outstanding highlights in forming control: a Japanese Yaskawa 4.4kw servo motor is used to drive the spindle, combined with a gapless planetary reducer, ensuring high spindle rotation precision and constant tension during carbon fiber yarn winding; the yarn guide nozzle can rotate ±180° with a maximum operating speed of 150rpm, which can fit the curved surface of the housing precisely to avoid bubbles or gaps during forming. The modular CNC software includes exclusive forming functions: it supports countdown layer display, allowing operators to monitor the forming progress in real time; it presets winding programs for up to 10,000 layers, with the length of each layer adjustable in a decreasing manner according to needs, suitable for the forming of variable-diameter carbon fiber housings; it automatically detects computer system faults and is equipped with main and auxiliary operation functions to reduce the risk of forming interruption. The equipment appearance is manufactured in accordance with machine tool standards, and the headstock and tailstock are made of high-quality steel plates welded together (with internal stress eliminated through heat treatment), ensuring strong long-term operation stability. The surface roughness of the finished carbon fiber housings is ≤Ra1.6μm, and the strength indicators meet high industry standards.
