The winding process utilizes six-axis CNC winding technology, where a high-performance computer control system precisely plans the fiber winding paths and tension for both inner and outer walls. The winding angle is flexibly adjustable between 7° and 90°, ensuring uniform structure and reliable strength throughout the tank.

The automated yarn feeding system accommodates up to 100 fiber rolls simultaneously. An intelligent dual-path yarn delivery system precisely supplies yarn for inner and outer wall winding, ensuring stable and uninterrupted yarn supply. Coupled with a sensitive yarn break detection mechanism, it rapidly responds to and resolves production anomalies, safeguarding continuous production. The curing system employs far-infrared heating technology for uniform and efficient heating. It features segmented heating within the 45°C-130°C range, ensuring complete resin curing. This forms a robust structure for both inner and outer walls, while the protective space between them effectively prevents liquid leakage.

The demolding process is performed by an automated demolding mechanism. Utilizing a powerful hydraulic system, it smoothly extracts the formed double-wall tank. It can handle large double-wall tanks with diameters ranging from 1 to 25 meters and optional lengths, all without damaging the tank body throughout the process.
