The core advantage of the equipment lies in the in-depth adaptation of each module: The yarn feeding device adopts a frame/comb structure, with a compact design to reduce floor space. It can combine the number of yarn packages on demand, equipped with casters for easy movement, ensuring smooth yarn guiding without obstacles and efficient yarn replacement. The mat feeding device requires no additional tension, ensuring flat mat feeding into the mold to avoid fiber damage. The impregnation device is equipped with a heating function (suitable for epoxy resin and other materials), with optimized front and rear angles of the resin tank to reduce yarn bending tension. Guided by guide rollers and glue-squeezing rollers, it precisely controls resin content, achieving a glass fiber impregnation rate of over 98%. The preforming device is custom-designed according to product shape, gradually eliminating air bubbles and excess resin, ensuring accurate positioning of yarn and mat combinations for smooth transition to the inlet shape of the forming mold. The forming mold is made of chrome-plated steel, with a smooth and wear-resistant cavity surface. The ratio of mold cross-sectional area to product cross-sectional area is ≥10, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity, and uniform heat distribution after heating to guarantee consistent product curing. The hydraulic traction machine operates stably, with stepless adjustment of clamping force, traction force, and speed. Combined with an automatic cutting device (diamond saw blade), it realizes integrated forming from raw materials to finished products, increasing production efficiency by 30% compared to traditional equipment.

This equipment is suitable for various GRP/FRP products such as pipes, rods, and plates. The product straightness deviation is ≤0.5mm/m, and the surface roughness is ≤Ra1.6, fully meeting international industry standards.
