In the fields of municipal water supply, water treatment, and chemical transportation, the quality of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) pipelines directly depends on mold precision. The FRP Pipeline Mold developed by Lianyungang Tuotian Aviation Equipment Co., Ltd. This mold centers on "high-precision processing + durable structure": Precision control starts from material cutting and drum rolling-each cylinder section has an out-of-roundness of ≤1.5mm, and the overall straightness of 8.5 connected sections is ≤2mm. Laser measurement technology is used for alignment and welding on specialized tools to ensure stable mold shape. Each cylinder section undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, and 8-12mm thick precision-machined annular reinforcing flanges (arranged in order of taper) are welded inside to prevent deformation during long-term use. Subsequent processes include rough turning, fine turning, finish turning, and polishing, resulting in a finished mold with a surface roughness of Ra 1.6 and no obvious defects. The mold is equipped with socket rings, stripping rings, and front/rear joints (machined from Q245 thick-walled steel pipes with a diameter of DN240mm). The front joint is fitted with an anti-axial movement flange (diameter ≥DN300mm, thickness ≥25mm), and the shaft head features a straight keyway for easy transmission. With no reverse taper throughout the mold, smooth demolding is ensured. The company offers standard specifications ranging from DN500 to DN4000mm and can customize molds of special sizes according to customer needs. Compared with ordinary FRP molds, its steel version has a slightly higher cost but offers superior precision, durability, and demolding efficiency.
