The glue circulation system is equipped with a precision filter that removes impurities with particle sizes ≥0.1mm, ensuring glue purity. The winding system adopts a 2-axis synchronized design, with high-precision Yaskawa servo motors driving the trolley and spindle for coordinated operation, achieving a control precision of within 0.1mm. By optimizing the transmission ratio, the synchronization error between the trolley and spindle is ≤±0.02s-ensuring uniform distribution of the sand-infused layer and pipe wall thickness consistency error of ≤±1mm. The high-precision rack-and-pinion transmission undergoes carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62 and wear loss of ≤0.01mm/1000h-maintaining precise transmission even after long-term use. The zero-backlash linear guides use a dual-slider structure, increasing load-bearing capacity by 50% to ensure smooth and fast trolley movement.

The machine is equipped with an 88-spindle large-capacity creel (44 in use + 44 standby), with adjustable creel spacing to accommodate different types of fiber yarns. The tension control system uses a closed-loop feedback design to real-time adjust tension, preventing sand layer detachment or uneven distribution and increasing the compressive strength of sand-infused pipes by over 15%. A user-friendly Chinese-English HMI supports switching between automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes. After inputting parameters such as pipe diameter, length, and sand infusion amount, the machine automatically completes the entire wet sand-infusion winding process (spiral and hoop patterns), with winding angles flexibly adjustable between 55-90°. IP54-rated control cabinets and operation panels adapt to the dust and moisture conditions of wet-process production environments, ensuring long-term stable operation of the machine.
